The Murder Capital Shares Single “Words Lost Meaning” From Upcoming Album “Blindness”
Dublin based post-punk band The Murder Capital released the single Words Lost Meaning from their forthcoming full length Blindness on Monday November 18th, 2024. The new single has been performed charismatically by the band on multiple occasions preceding the final studio release. The track will act as the second on The Murder Capital’s newly announced third full length Blindness which is due out on February 21st, 2025 via Human Seasons Records.
Words Lost Meaning largely demonstrates the bands ability to build a dark and brooding auditory atmosphere while carrying the listener through to a climactic and uplifting instrumentation. Blindness, produced by grammy-winning John Congleton is available for pre-order on the official website as a cassette, signed compact disc and a signed vinyl in black splatter.
The Murder Capital last released their sophomore full length Gigi’s Recovery in January of 2023. The band will begin touring in late March of 2025 with two dates in New Zealand before performing around the United Kingdom in mid March. Additional details on specific venues, dates and more can be accessed through ticketmaster or their official tour page.
