Thank You, I’m Sorry Drop Second Single “This House” From Upcoming Album Growing In Strange Places
Chicago based band Thank You, I’m Sorry released their new track This House to streaming platforms along with bandcamp on Friday, June 30th. The new track is the tenth track on their upcoming album Growing In Strange Places which is set to release via Count Your Lucky Stars on September 23rd, 2023. The emotive indie rock band last released their debut single Chronically Online for Growing In Strange Places back in April of this year.
Their latest piece This House aptly touches on themes of battling with anxiety, combining playful upbeat instrumentation with substantive themes of struggle. Chronically Online grapples with modern existence, online presence and the drawbacks of social media over-use lyrically while staying infectiously catchy. Thank You, I’m Sorry announced their intention to release the new single on June 29th.
Artwork for the new album and singles are notably created by bagglebones. The band last released their well received sophomore full length I’m Glad We’re Friends in August of 2020 to fans delight. We’re excited to hear what’s next from the band after hearing their latest song. The new single This House is available to to stream on Spotify, Bandcamp and Apple Music.
