Softcult Shares Track “16/25” With Music Video From Forthcoming Debut Album “When A Flower Doesn’t Grow”

Ontario based alternative rock duo Softcult posted their brand new single 16/25 to social media and YouTube late on Wednesday September 3rd, 2025. The new track is the third single to be released from their upcoming debut full-length effort When A Flower Doesn’t Grow which is set to release January 30th, 2026 via Easy Life Records.

Previously Softcult released the singles Naive and Pill To Swallow leading up to the new music video drop for 16/25. The new track thematically takes on problematic relations while the video mirrors this with an onlooker and further compounds this symbolism represented through dark and light palettes throughout the music video.

The new track 16/25 acts as the fourth on the upcoming eleven track debut effort and offers itself up as a solid sampling of what the duo have to offer going forward.
