THALA Releases New EP In Theory Depression On Fire Records: Listen

London based dream pop stalwart THALA released her highly anticipated In Theory Depression EP on Friday, July 7th, 2023. The new release is out through Fire Records and saw the two singles Easy Out and Curtain Call debut with accompanying music videos over the past two months. The In Theory Depression EP follows up her last full length adolescence which saw a release in September of 2021.

In Theory Depression explores intimate emotions and personal experiences while paying homage to vintage indie rock sounds with honed, cutting instrumentation and serene, lush vocalization throughout. Unwavering walls of sonic tranquility and ambivalence are sure to hook new and old fans alike on this work.

THALA’s In Theory Depression is available for download both digitally and in a stunning limited white vinyl for the turntable over on bandcamp and the Fire records shop. Also available is a Rough Trade exclusive in transparent white splatter on both the US and UK stores. The new EP is also available to stream on Apple Music and Spotify as well.
